You can return your newly purchased product within 7 days or exchange your newly purchased product within 14 days when purchased from the website, from the date of purchase or the date of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition, with the original invoice/electronic receipt, and according to the following terms and conditions:
If the return is due to product malfunction, manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or delivery of the wrong product, the customer will not be charged for any shipping or bank transfer fees. For other reasons (e.g., exchanges or changes of mind), shipping and bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
Payment Refund Duration and Method:
